Plans & Engineering

Permitting
We manage the entire city and HOA permitting process directly with local jurisdictions, resolving submittals and plan checks.

Construction
We manage construction from foundation and framing to electrical, plumbing, insulation, drywall and finish work, bringing in licensed trades where the job needs them.

Final Walkthrough
We walk through the completed project with you and confirm everything meets your expectations and passes final city inspection.

How long does a casita take to build?
Most casitas take about 7-8 months: 3-4 months for plans and permits, then about 4 months of construction. Your schedule is set during planning.
Do you handle permits and zoning for ADUs and additions?
Yes. We prepare the plans and engineering and pull the permits ourselves, and we check zoning, setbacks and HOA rules before design.
What does a casita, addition or custom home cost?
It depends on size, site work, utility connections, permits and finishes, so we price every project for its lot. The estimate is free.
